Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Return Period

EcoVibe Canada offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for all bamboo kitchen products. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging materials.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

• Unopened products in original packaging
• Defective or damaged items received
• Items that significantly differ from product description
• Products with manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used kitchen utensils that have been in contact with food
• Products with signs of normal wear and use
• Items damaged due to improper care or misuse
• Custom or personalized products

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at returns@ecovibe.ca within 30 days
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Package items securely and ship using provided label

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective products or size/style preferences within the 30-day window. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
