Orders and Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. When you submit a product inquiry through our website, you are requesting information, not placing a binding order. Final purchases are completed through our customer service team.

Shipping (Canada)

We ship throughout Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be confirmed during the order process. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Our bamboo products are designed for normal household use. We provide care instructions with each product. Improper care or use may void any warranty coverage.
